Half Set configuration:
“Elite” Competition Plates: 1 x 25, 20, 15, 10, and 5 kgs.
“Solid Rubber” Training Bumpers: 1 x 25, 20, 15, and 10 kgs.
Olympic Iron Training Plates: 2 x 1.25, 2.5, and 5 kgs.
Full Set configuration of Bumper Plates doubles the Half Set configuration. The quantity of Olympic Iron Training Plates remains the same.
